| SECURITY REPORT, possibility of terrorists acts, - Dec. 21, 1999 -
YOUTH-LINK 2000 ESTIMATION 1. Regardless of publications in daily newspapers, there is no official report of a possible terrorist act. ÒWorse scenario caseÓ: Our sites are located off public areas (markets, Holy places etc.), therefor the chance of being near a terrorism target is marginal. 2. Police estimation is a large number of tourists at the end of millennium. 3. Transportation is expected to be heavy, and so is population. 4. Especially cold whether is expected. 5. Bug Y2K - might complicate things at 1.1.2000 6. The Jerusalem police is heavily enforced. 7. The police is still considering limiting traffic flow, by road blocks. 8. No special obstructions are expected except the above difficulties. OPTIONS 1. A possible reinforcement of the security set-up in order to isolate locations, ensuring a sterile environment. 2. Staying with the proposed setup and relying on our force and if necessary on police assistance. 3. Re-enforcement of one guard for the last day. RECOMMENDATIONS * Following processing essential information obtained from the GSS (the Israeli General Security Services), and due to relatively secure and isolated geographic characteristics of locations, and since no information regarding a specific occurrence in the proximity of our work is in existence, I find no reason for anticipation of any abnormal security occurrences, beyond as mentioned above. * Recommendation: Staying with the original security plan while maintaining a continues flow of information and estimations obtained from intelligence resources. Additional security (one guard) to reinforce our security set-up for the night of Dec 31st, 1999 - into the morning of Jan 1st, 2000, on Mount Olives, is recommended. Sincerely, Nabil Amar - Chief Security Officer Amir Security Inc. -------------------------------------------- (Translated from Hebrew by textitles inc.) -------------------------------------------- |

| 1 January 2000 To Whom It May Concern: I would like to express my elation and gratitude for the services that Micha Kovler and his production team provided us during our recent production in Israel. Our three phase production took place along a six month time line and was not only technically challenging, it was also on the other side of the world very far from our in-house support. Mr. Kovler provided us with top-notch personnel and also played a major role in acquiring very difficult locations. As our production's climax was to take place on new years eve 2000, location was critical. We not only were in one of the most sought after places in the world; we also had the best location and frame composition. The acquisition of this location would not have been possible without the knowledge, negotiation tactics and perserverance Mr. Kovler brought to our table. I offer my highest recommendation for Micha as well as the entire crew of Youth-link 2000, Israel. If I may offer any assistance regarding your consideration of Micha Kovler's services, please do not hesitate to call upon me.
